Delivery Terms
• Delivery Partner:
Vagabundo collaborates with the GLS delivery service, which ensures parcel delivery within 3 to 5 business days from the moment Vagabundo receives the order, provided that the order is placed within the working week.
• Delivery Area and Conditions:
Delivery within the Republic of Croatia is carried out up to the first obstacle, usually the entrance of a building or house. The delivery service does not bring goods inside the premises or carry them to higher floors.
• Delivery Method:
GLS delivers directly to the home address specified in the order.
• Delivery Notification:
The day before the scheduled delivery, the Customer will receive an email notification with the estimated delivery date.
• Changing Address or Delivery Time:
If the proposed delivery time is not convenient for the Customer, they can change the delivery address or schedule a new delivery date via the link provided in the notification email.
• Island Deliveries:
Daily deliveries from Monday to Friday via GLS are available to the following islands: Krk, Cres, Lošinj, Rab, Murter, Korčula, Pelješac, Vir, Pag, Hvar, and Brač.
On Mondays and Wednesdays, GLS delivers to Vis, while on Mondays and Thursdays, deliveries are made to Pašman and Ugljan.

Delivery Issues:
• Undelivered Parcel: If the Customer does not receive the goods or delivery notice within the expected time frame, they have the right to notify the Seller. The Seller is obliged to take the necessary actions to locate the package or, if this is not possible, arrange for a replacement shipment.
• Refusal to Accept the Order: If the Customer refuses to accept the ordered goods without a justified reason, the Seller reserves the right to claim compensation for all costs associated with the delivery, including return shipping fees.
