Terms and Conditions

1. GENERAL TERMS

The terms and conditions of the online store vagabundo.hr are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Obligations Act (OA). By ordering products, the Customer confirms acceptance of the business terms. A Customer is any legal or natural person whose registered office/residence is in the Republic of Croatia and who places an order and makes payment in the online store vagabundo.hr. In accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, a contract on behalf of and for the account of a minor or a fully legally incompetent person may only be concluded by their legal representatives, while partially legally competent persons may conclude a contract only with the consent of their legal representative.

Seller

The seller is Vagabundo d.o.o., Ungarija 39/i, 52 470 Umag.

Customer

The Customer is a visitor to the web store who selects at least one product, places it in the cart, pays with a credit card, e-banking, and submits an order to the Seller or sends an order and pays for the product upon delivery (cash on delivery).

Prices

The online store publishes regular and promotional prices of selected products. The price of selected items is valid on the day of purchase, i.e., on the day the order is completed and submitted via the online store www.vagabundo.hr. All product prices on www.vagabundo.hr are displayed in HRK and include VAT, which is clearly stated in the final invoice.

If, despite the Seller's efforts, an incorrect price is published on the website www.vagabundo.hr, particularly if there is a significant deviation from the general price or if a price of "0" or "1" HRK appears due to a system error, the Seller is not obligated to deliver the product at the stated (incorrect) price.

The Seller is obliged to inform the Customer of the system error via email or the phone number provided in the order.

2. SHOPPING CART CONTENT

At any time, the Customer can review all products they wish to purchase. By clicking on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page, a page opens displaying all products ready for purchase. Products can be easily removed from the cart or the quantity can be increased.

3. PRIVACY STATEMENT

We are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers by collecting only the necessary basic information required to fulfill our obligations. We inform customers about how their data is used and regularly offer them the option to choose how their data is used, including the option to have their name removed from marketing lists.

All user data is strictly protected and available only to employees who need the data to perform their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to privacy protection principles.

4. REGISTRATION

Registration is not mandatory to complete a purchase on the web store. The only requirement in the first step of the checkout process is to provide a valid email address to receive an order confirmation.

If you prefer not to enter your shipping address and payment details each time you shop, quick registration is recommended. This involves entering a valid email address, personal details (name, surname, address, postal code, city, phone number), and a password. The password should be a strong combination of characters. If needed, a password generator can be used.

After entering the required information, registration must be confirmed by clicking on "Register." The created account remains registered in the system and can be accessed using the username and password on the "Login" page.

If the password is forgotten, users can reset it via a link sent to their registered email.

5. ORDERING

Products are ordered exclusively through the vagabundo.hr online store.

If a product is out of stock, it cannot be added to the cart, but an inquiry can be sent via the "Request a Quote" button. Upon receiving the inquiry, vagabundo.hr employees will respond as soon as possible.

If the Seller cannot deliver one or more ordered products, they will inform the Customer about the possible delivery time. The Customer must then confirm via email whether they accept the new delivery time, want partial delivery, or cancel the entire order.

If the Customer has already paid by credit card, the Seller will adjust the charge accordingly or cancel the full charge if the order is canceled. If payment was made via bank transfer, the Seller will refund the corresponding amount immediately.

6. PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS

Product photos and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and/or suppliers. vagabundo.hr employees strive to present accurate product characteristics but reserve the right to errors. Customers are encouraged to report any discrepancies.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes between the Seller and the Customer will be resolved amicably, but if this is not possible, the jurisdiction falls under the Seller’s court.

8. PRIVACY PROTECTION

The vagabundo.hr online store commits to maintaining the privacy of all customers. Only necessary basic customer data is collected and used in accordance with legal obligations. Customers always have the option to decide whether their data is used for marketing purposes.

All customer data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who require it to perform their tasks. Employees and partners involved in website maintenance do not have access to credit card information entered on the site.

9. COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES

In accordance with Article 8 of the Consumer Protection Act, complaints can be sent via email to [email protected]. All complaints will be addressed within 15 days.
