General Description

ZYM-FS is a high-performance cleaner designed to penetrate, emulsify, and separate grease, soil, and oily deposits from food service equipment, walls, floors, exhaust systems, and work surfaces. It can be used with a pressure washer or foamer for maximum cleaning efficiency.

Usage Instructions

General Cleaning:

• Apply using a trigger sprayer, pressure washer, or foamer
• Light cleaning: Dilute at 100:1
• Heavy-duty cleaning: Dilute at 10:1
• Always pre-test on a small area to ensure color fastness

Filters, Exhaust Ducts, and Fans:

• Dilute 4 parts water to 1 part ZYM-FS
• Filters can be soaked in a tank at a 25:1 dilution

Pressure Systems:

• Pre-mix at 5:1 for pressure equipment and pour into the solution tank
• For Venturi systems, use undiluted concentrate and adjust as needed
• Rinse into drains to activate enzymatic bacterial action, breaking down organic waste
