ISO 22000 / HACCP is a system that identifies potential hazards (biological, chemical and physical) that can affect the safety of food and steps in the process in which it is possible to implement measures to control these hazards. It is a professional, rational and systematic approach for analysis and management of biological, chemical and physical hazards throughout the entire food chain - from field and farm to table.
Vagabundo d.o.o. introduction of HACCP system conduct through an arranged time needed for analysis of the current state of the object, integrating systems and adapting the object to the new situation.
• Developing of Area, equipment and tools hygienic maintenance program
Vagabundo d.o.o. is developing Area, equipment and tools hygienic maintenance program adapted to the object. Execution of services is carry out through two visits. First visit serves to assess the situation in the object, inspection and taking photos of the objects. In second visit we deliver Area, equipment and tools hygienic maintenance program, records, MSDS and conduct training for using our cleaning products.
Area, equipment and tools hygienic maintenance program is construct separately for every room in the object and includes a chart that sets out the cleaners, their dilution, method of use and the person responsible for control.
All the products included in the plan have MSDS approved by the Croatian Institute for Toxicology and anti-doping. MSDS for cleaners are deliver with the program.
In the cleaning program is also included education using our products for cleaning and education guidance documents related to the cleaning program.
• Making Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
The product with material safety data sheet, which is not accepted in the Register of chemicals, sanitary inspection may withdraw from the Croatian market, so we are dealing with the translation and preparation of Material safety data sheets for numerous clients in accordance with the European REACH and CLP regulations and the latest laws/regulations of the Croatian.
On your behalf, we submit request to Croatian Institute for Toxicology and anti-doping for inclusion MSDS of the product in the register of chemicals.
Also with the creation of the STL's, we are creating declaration and instructions for safe use of the chemicals.
