How to shop?

1. Choose the product you like

2. Click the “ADD TO CART” button. A confirmation window will appear showing that the product has been added to the cart.

Options in the cart confirmation:

“Continue shopping” — keep shopping for other products
“View cart” — see the list of selected items
“Checkout” — complete your purchase

Do I need to register to shop?

Registration is not required. You can shop as a Guest and simply enter your delivery details. However, if you choose to register, you will be able to shop faster and track your orders.

How to register?

You can register immediately on the homepage. Look for the Registration option in the top right corner of the site header.

What if you forget your password?

If you forgot your password, you can request a new one during login. Enter the email address you used to register and within a few minutes you will receive a link to set a new password.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay for products using:

• e-banking
• bank transfer
• cash on delivery
• credit cards (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa)

If you choose credit card, bank transfer or e-banking, payment must be completed within the deadline specified in the confirmation email.

Delivery time

Orders that have been paid are delivered within:

• Mainland: 2 – 4 working days
• Islands: 5 – 9 working days

Who pays for shipping?

Shipping costs are paid by the customer in the amount of €2.50 – €8.00 for orders up to €100.01. For orders above €100.01, delivery is free.

What if the product has a defect?

The customer has the right to file a complaint regarding material defects in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Complaints can be sent to:

If the complaint is valid, the product will be replaced or the full amount refunded within 15 days. If the complaint is rejected, the customer will be notified within the same period.

What if I want to exchange a product?

In addition to complaint-related replacements, a one-time product exchange is possible for an item of the same or similar category, provided the product and packaging are unused, undamaged and in original condition.
