      2.Click on the "ADD TO CART" button. A window will appear confirming that the product has been added to your cart.

Options:

  • "Continue Shopping" - Allows you to browse and add more products.

  • "View Cart" - Provides an overview of the selected items.

  • "Checkout" - Proceeds to the final purchase step.

• Do I Need to Register to Shop?

No, registration is not required to make a purchase. You can shop as a Guest and simply enter your delivery details. However, registering allows for faster checkout and order tracking.

• How to Register?

You can register immediately on the homepage by selecting "Register" in the top-right corner of the header.

Alternatively, registration is available during checkout.

• What if I Forget My Password?

If you forget your password, you can request a new one when logging in. Enter the email address you registered with, and you will receive a link to reset your password within a few minutes.

• What Payment Methods Are Available?

You can pay for products via e-banking, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and credit cards (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa).

If paying by credit card, bank transfer, or e-banking, the payment must be completed within the timeframe specified in the email confirming your purchase.

• What Is the Delivery Timeframe?

For paid orders, delivery takes:

  • 2 to 4 business days for mainland locations.

  • 5 to 9 business days for islands.

• Who Covers the Delivery Costs?

The buyer covers the delivery cost between €2.50 - €8.00 unless the order total exceeds €100.01. For orders above €100.01 delivery is free.

• What If the Product Has a Defect?

Customers have the right to file a complaint regarding material defects within the legally prescribed period. Complaints can be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject "Complaint".

The seller will consider the complaint valid if an inspection confirms that it meets the required conditions in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. In such cases, within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint, the product will be replaced or a full refund issued. If the complaint is deemed invalid, the buyer will be notified within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

• What If I Want to Exchange a Product?

In addition to exchanges related to complaints, a one-time product exchange is possible for another product in the same or similar category, provided the product and its packaging are in original and undamaged condition.
